Order Collection and Shipping Information
Can I self-collect my order?
Absolutely! Our self-collection service is available exclusively for customers in the Klang Valley region, allowing you to conveniently pick up your order at our headquarters. Please note that any orders not collected within three months will be considered void. To find the exact location of our headquarters, kindly visit our "Locate Us" page.
When can I self-collect my order?
Orders placed before 6:30 PM on working days will be processed and ready for pickup after 9:30 AM the following working day. If you place your order after 6 PM, it will be processed on the next working day.
How long will it take to receive my order?
The delivery time varies based on your location:
- West Malaysia: Typically takes 2 to 3 working days
- East Malaysia: Typically takes 5 to 7 working days
What shipping carriers do you use?
In West Malaysia, we partner with SKYNET and GDEX to ensure you receive the best shipping experience. For East Malaysia, GDEX is our preferred courier service due to their extensive service coverage.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we provide international shipping to meet your overseas needs. Please note that additional charges may apply for international shipping. What products do you offer?
As pioneers in the rubber stamp industry, we proudly offer a wide range of rubber stamps featuring specialty inks suitable for various applications, including manufacturing industries, government security stamps, and even arts and crafts. Our product lineup also includes elegant wax seal stamps, common seals, personalized name tags, vibrant button badges, custom die-cut stickers, informative signage, and much more to meet your needs!
Can I get my product personalized?

What is the difference between a self-inking stamp and a pre-inked stamp?
Pre-inked stamps are renowned for producing crisp and clear impressions with every use. However, due to their design, they require brief pauses between stamps. These stamps use oil-based ink, ensuring waterproof impressions. Notably, pre-inked stamps do not need an ink pad, as the gel ink is molded directly into the impression. We offer two types of pre-inked stamps.
In contrast, self-inking stamps come with replaceable ink pads and allow for rapid stamping, as they automatically re-ink themselves after each impression. One of the most appealing features of self-inking stamps is their versatility, enabling them to be easily transformed into dater or numbering stamps. While the impression clarity may not match that of pre-inked stamps, they still deliver reliable performance.
It’s important to note that the inks used in self-inking and pre-inked stamps are not interchangeable. Mixing the inks of the two types will damage the products and render them unable to make proper impressions.
What is Epoxy?
Epoxy is a protective layer of adhesive applied to your name tag, solidifying to prevent scratches on its surface. This layer not only enhances durability but also adds a beautiful shine to your name tag, elevating its overall appearance.
Can I return my product?
We kindly inform you that we do not offer product returns. However, if you encounter any issues while using your stamps, please feel free to contact us. Our professional team is always ready to assist you and ensure your stamps function perfectly.
